Reservations

Reservations can be made by telephone and are confirmed on receipt of a £200.00 deposit. Rates are based on a 1 week stay arriving on Sunday afternoon (4pm) and departing the following Sunday morning (10am). All prices are in sterling and include cleaning of the apartment at the end of your holiday and provision of linen and towels.

Other weeks not listed below are £400.00 per week. Pending availability, short stays are possible, 3 night minimum rental of £140.00 per night.

Booking Conditions

All bookings made and accepted are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

To make a booking
Please forward to us a cheque deposit of £200.00 together with the completed reservation form, which can be printed off from this page (see above prices). This deposit will be returned to you after your holiday on receipt of the apartment keys, and subject to no damage, breakages, extra cleaning etc.

Payment for the rental of the apartment is due 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. Should we not receive the full rental payment at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation by clients
To cancel your holiday, please notify us by phone/email as soon as possible. The cancellation charges are as follows:

Up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday: 25% of the rental price
Between 3 and 8 weeks before the start of the holiday: 50% of the rental price
Less than 3 weeks before the start of the holiday: 90% of the rental price

Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer you the choice of either purchasing another holiday date from us and receiving any price difference or a full and prompt refund.

Security
We take issues of security very seriously and ask that you lock the apartment and close the patio doors and windows whenever you leave. This will minimise security risks to yourself and to other residents in Les Chalets De Bellevue.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Please also note
Towels are not provided. There is a late departure charge of £30.00, and should any additional cleaning of the apartment be required additional charges will be incurred to cover the extra cleaning necessary.
